We provide online UK vehicle history reports using vehicle registration data and third-party data sources. Reports may include vehicle identity details, MOT information, mileage information, finance indicators, write-off or salvage indicators, valuation data and other vehicle history information depending on the report purchased.
We aim to provide clear and useful vehicle information. However, our reports rely on third-party databases, public records, DVLA-related data and API suppliers. We cannot guarantee that every external data source is complete, fully up to date or free from errors at the exact time of purchase.
A vehicle report should be used as a helpful decision-making tool, not as a replacement for your own checks, physical vehicle inspection, V5C/logbook inspection, service history checks, seller identity checks, finance settlement checks or professional advice.
You are responsible for entering the correct vehicle registration mark and selecting the correct report type. Please check the registration carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for reports generated for an incorrectly entered registration.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our website. Prices are shown clearly before payment.
Prepaid bundle codes allow the purchaser to redeem a set number of vehicle checks. Each successful redemption deducts one credit from the prepaid code. The prepaid code should be kept safe. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised use of your prepaid code.
Because vehicle report data is requested from third-party data providers and API costs are incurred immediately, no refund is normally available once a paid report has been generated. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
You must not misuse this website, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer the website, or use prepaid codes that do not belong to you.
We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete or delayed third-party vehicle data, or for decisions made based on a report without further checks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
